This Privacy Policy is provided by Jumapps, the developer and operator of the following products:

• PDFShift — Android app on Google Play (com.jumapps.pdfshift). Converts HTML pages and web URLs to PDF documents.
• PDF to EPUB Converter — Android app on Google Play (com.jumapps.pdf2epub). Converts PDF files to EPUB, MOBI and AZW3 formats.
• Hosnet.org — Web platform at hosnet.org providing HTML to PDF, PDF to EPUB, and document conversion tools.

By using any of these products you agree to the data practices described in this policy.

Account & Identity

• If you sign in with Google (via Firebase Authentication), we receive your Google account email address and a unique anonymous user ID.
• We do not receive or store your Google password.
• Sign-in is optional. Core conversion features work without an account on the web.

Usage Data

• Your anonymous user ID is used to track your weekly conversion quota (free plan: 7 conversions/week).
• Your subscription status is verified through RevenueCat using your anonymous purchase ID.
• No browsing history or content of your documents is ever read or stored for analytical purposes.

Device & Technical Data

• Standard technical data (device type, OS version, app version) may be collected by third-party SDKs (Firebase, AdMob) for crash reporting and ad targeting.
• We do not access your contacts, location, camera, or microphone.

• To provide the conversion service — process your documents and return the converted output.
• To enforce fair-use limits — track your weekly free conversion quota.
• To verify premium subscriptions — confirm entitlements via RevenueCat.
• To display advertisements (free-tier users only) — serve relevant ads via Google AdMob/AdSense.
• To maintain service quality — monitor errors and performance using Firebase Crashlytics.

We do not use your data to train AI models, sell it to data brokers, or share it for marketing purposes.

• Files are transferred over HTTPS (TLS encryption) at all times.
• Processing happens on our secure servers. No file content is read by humans or retained beyond the session.
• Converted output files are stored temporarily (max 5 minutes) to allow you to download them.
• We do not keep backups of user documents.

Our apps and website integrate the following third-party services. Each service operates under its own privacy policy:

• Uploaded files: Deleted within 5 minutes.
• Converted files: Deleted within 5 minutes.
• Usage counters: Reset every Monday.
• Account data: Retained as long as you have an account.

We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with service providers (Firebase, RevenueCat, AdMob) as necessary to operate the service or as required by law.

• Access & Deletion: Request a copy or deletion of your data at any time.
• Opt out: Manage personalize ads in Android settings or upgrade to premium to remove ads entirely.
